You may have noticed that we’ve been on a mission to simplify RCM. From the redesigned Website, to the new registration process, and the recently revamped mobile application, we are continuously looking for new ways to improve our clients’ everyday experience. Today, we are excited to unveil our latest effort — RCM’s revamped navigation. We designed this new navigation to provide a more focused and streamlined user experience, and to pave the way for some exciting new features to come. We look forward to hearing what you think!
At RCM, our goal has always been to make it as easy as possible for our clients to get the deal done. We understand that CRE professionals typically spend a large amount of time away from their desks without access to the tools, documents, and data they rely on. So we’re excited to announce the launch of our new mobile-friendly enhancements. Our new responsive technology ensures that screen-layouts, text, images, and other navigation elements re-adjust themselves on a variety of devices to support a consistent experience away from your desk.

As a part of this latest update, we have begun the process of modernizing the user interface to provide you with a cleaner look and feel. All of these UI updates will improve your experience within the RCM platform, bring it in line with our updated brand, and set the stage for some additional design updates that are in the works. This refresh is part of an ongoing process of refining our user experience, so we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.
