Colliers | U.S. has partnered with RCM LightBox to launch SalesTracker, a comprehensive, technology-based initiative that enables Colliers’ clients and brokers to be more efficient in their execution of buying and selling commercial real estate.

SalesTracker leverages and combines the full suite of RCM LightBox seller solutions to accelerate the transaction process, enhance client reporting and facilitate the gathering and distribution of local and national market intelligence to guide critical decision making. Since 1999 the RCM LightBox platform has helped bring more than $2.5 trillion in property investments to market through managed bid and auction sales.

The seller solutions that are available through SalesTracker include Property Websites, Email Campaigns, Virtual Deal Rooms, access to more qualified Buyers, and Online Auctions. A key feature of SalesTracker is having one central location for comprehensive listing and sales data.
