COVID-19 has recently been declared a Pandemic by both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and is impacting communities across the United States and the globe.

Based on guidance from the WHO & CDC, we recently conducted a full review and update of our Business Continuity Plan, with specific steps to account for COVID-19, as well as any other pandemic occurrence.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority. Because of this, we have suspended non-essential employee travel and instructed employees to leverage our excellent remote and video technology to conduct internal and external meetings virtually, allowing for uninterrupted operations.

LightBox is uniquely positioned to weather this challenge because of our distributed footprint on both East and West Coasts, as well as Canada. Most of our technology platforms are cloud-based (SaaS) and can be accessed from any of our locations or by employees with proper credentials, if working remotely. You can expect to receive the same performance that our platforms and services deliver every day, regardless of the location our team is working from. As a precaution, we have validated the accessibility of our teams across each of our organizational disciplines to ensure each employee has proper access to do their job and deliver with quality and performance. Rest assured we have tested these scenarios as part of our business continuity plan to maintain the same high-quality sales and customer service you have come to expect from LightBox.
