What’s New in Release 2022.4

Version 2022.4 was released on August 4th, 2022. 

  • Buyers’ Access to a Deal Can Now Be Restored with One Click
    • Buyers, who had previously opted out from receiving emails from a project, can now quickly regain access to deal material and other documents.
    • Standardized and modern looking contact forms to easily contact LightBox RCM support teams.
  • Subscription Management Made Easy & Local
    • Buyers can easily re-subscribe to project, teams, and brokers to increase their deal flow.
    • Buyers can avoid unwanted emails from LightBox RCM using the new unsubscribe workflow.
    • Over 20 international language translations are now available on contact forms.
  • New Property Type Added: Data Center
    • Brokers can use RCM to more effectively market Data Center deals. This is the latest effort to continuously align our offerings with CRE industry trends.
  • Security Updates & Internal User Experience Improvements
    • This release also includes an array of security and performance updates which allow users to continue to perform business operations safely, securely, and quickly.
    • Enhanced search & filter capabilities to allow our teams at LightBox RCM to help with user requests.

What’s Fixed in 2022.4

  • An issue that was preventing users who opted for Domain Name Registration service is now fixed. Users can view the agreement and continue with project creation and publishing.
  • Few other issues that allow internal LightBox RCM users to better service our customers.
