What’s New in Release 2025.6

  • Create and Insert Custom HTML Buttons in Your Content
    • You can now add eye-catching, styled HTML buttons directly into your content – no coding required!
    • New “Button” Mode in Link Tool: Use the enhanced Links button in the editor to insert a styled button instead of a standard link. Choose between Link or Button modes, with an option to open in a new tab.
    • Customizable Styles: Tailor the button’s font size, font style, colors (text, background, border), border radius, padding, and more using intuitive inputs and color pickers.
    • Live Preview: Instantly see what your button will look like as you design it—no guessing!
    • One-Click Insert: After saving, the styled button is injected into your content with clean, inline HTML that works seamlessly across platforms.
    • Available Everywhere: This new feature is now live across all editor instances in Landing Pages and Email.
  • Display Broker Email Inline on Landing Pages
    • Brokers now have more flexibility in how they’re contacted, with a new setting that lets you show your email address directly on the page.
    • Optional Inline Email Display: A new Email checkbox in the Edit Display Settings popup lets Brokers choose whether to show their email below their phone number for Modern and Simple Landing Pages.
    • Smart Mailto Link: When enabled, the email appears as a clickable mailto: link, prefilled with the project name in the subject line for easy outreach.
    • Consistent Styling: The email display matches the page’s existing font and spacing and includes a custom class for styling flexibility.
    • Improved Contact Options: The Broker’s name remains clickable, opening the contact form modal – now standardized across Landing Pages for a consistent user experience.
  • A Better Way to Submit and Manage Broadcast Requests
    • Submitting broadcast requests just got easier and more reliable – for both Brokers and the Customer Success team.
    • Streamlined Submissions: When Brokers submit a broadcast request, it’s now saved directly in the platform the Broadcast Management tab.
    • Full Visibility & Flexibility: Brokers can view, edit, or delete their pending requests anytime before broadcast, giving them more control over their outreach.
    • Consistent Experience: The new Broadcast Requests tab uses familiar layout and styling, making it easy to navigate and manage requests.
  • Smarter Safeguards for User Imports
    • Automatic Conflict Detection: If another import has started, completed, or is in progress within the last hour, the system will now automatically block the new import and display a clear message so you can restart safely.
    • Clear Messaging: If a conflict is detected, users will see: “Another import has been performed. Please restart and re-verify this import.”
    • Data Integrity First: These checks help avoid overlapping imports, reducing the risk of corrupt or duplicated user data.
    • Duplicate Prevention: We’ve also added rules to prevent duplicate users from being uploaded within the same import batch.
  • Miscellaneous Security Updates
    • We’ve made several behind-the-scenes security improvements to strengthen system integrity and enhance protection against potential threats.
    • Ongoing security investments like this help ensure RCM remains a trusted platform for your deals.
