What’s New in Release 25.3
We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to the LightBox RCM platform. In this 25.3 release, we’ve implemented key upgrades to improve your experience and streamline performance across the platform.
- Add Company and Phone to Generic Agreement Access Page
-
- Visitors accessing Agreements via generic links will now be asked to provide Company and Phone info.
-
- Sign Up form updated with required fields and renamed to “Get Access” for better clarity.
-
- These values auto-update user profiles and Agreement reports when the fields are initially blank.
-
- Enhances lead capture for brokers using generic agreements without requiring login.
- Add Listing Start/End Date to Insight Project Exports
-
- Listing Start Date and Listing End Date now appear at the end of Insight project export files.
-
- If available, these dates help you track when your deals are scheduled to go live and close.
-
- Empty fields will display as blank to maintain clean formatting.
-
- Project Expiration Date has also been added to the Insight List View under the Administrators column.
- Enable Searching by Street Address in Insight
-
- Search results now include partial matches on street addresses, making it easier to find projects.
-
- Street address now displays in the Insight List View above city, state, and ZIP.
-
- A tooltip provides the full address, while long text is gracefully truncated for readability.
-
- Enhances your ability to locate projects even when the project name doesn’t include the address.
- Add Company and Phone Fields to Client Portals
-
- Client Portals can now require visitors to provide Company and Phone information on the Sign Up page.
-
- Collected data is tied to the registrant’s profile, helping you learn more about your visitors.
-
- Fields appear only when enabled and are shown in a user-friendly order on the registration form.
- Email: Add ‘Preview Text’ to Modern Email Editor
-
- A new “Preview Text” field has been added beneath the Reply To field in the Modern Email editor.
-
- Option to include a short teaser that appears in inbox previews, improving email engagement.
-
- The field supports up to 90 characters and includes a helpful tooltip.
-
- Preview text is copied when a campaign is duplicated for streamlined editing.
- Track UTM Parameters Throughout the Customer Journey
-
- UTM codes now persist across buyer-facing pages to help you track marketing effectiveness.
-
- Your Account Manager can upload a GTM/GA JavaScript file at the company level to enable analytics tracking.
-
- UTM codes are appended to every link a visitor clicks, preserving attribution data end-to-end.
-
- API option available to return UTM code data in buyer activity reports.
- API3: Return Unsubscribed and Suppressed Users
-
- New API3 methods let you retrieve lists of unsubscribed and suppressed users.
-
- Responses include key fields like email, name, reason, and relevant IDs.
-
- Helps maintain email compliance and avoid messaging users who’ve opted out.
-
- Filters and schema updates ensure flexibility and clarity in reporting.
- Auto-Sync Contact Display Settings to MLP and Email
-
- When a Contacts section is first added to an MLP or Modern Email, it now inherits display settings from Overview > Contacts.
-
- Reduces the need to reconfigure settings manually across marketing materials.
-
- After adding, users can customize display settings independently.
-
- Ensures consistency during initial setup, with flexibility for future edits.
- Change Minimum Password Length from 12 to 15 Characters
-
- Minimum password length has increased from 12 to 15 characters for new and updated passwords.
-
- Applies across all user entry points, including registration, reset, and My Account.
-
- Aligns with updated security policies for stronger account protection.
-
- The 180-day password expiration policy has been removed for Client Portals.
- AWS Migration
-
- RCM has officially migrated its platform infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
-
- Users will benefit from faster system performance, improved reliability, and enhanced scalability.
-
- The move enables RCM to deliver new features and updates more quickly and efficiently.
-
- Strengthened data security and system resilience due to AWS’s robust architecture.
