What’s New in Release 2025.4
Version 2025.4 was released on August 14th, 2025.
What’s New in Release 25.4
- 1031 Exchange Field Display Settings
-
- Enterprise customers can now control whether the 1031 Exchange question on Confidentiality Agreements is hidden, optional, or required – giving more flexibility in how buyer information is collected.
-
- The 1031 Exchange field now appears as a dropdown with “Yes” or “No” options, displayed above the IP Address field on the Agreement Execution page when enabled.
-
- The buyer’s 1031 selection is now included in the Agreements Report export as a new column and remains compatible with existing API responses for a smooth, non-breaking update.
- State Field Behavior for New Users
-
- When users register via a generic agreement link and select “United States” as their country, the State field is now blank by default and must be actively selected before submission.
-
- The State field remains required for U.S.-based users, while users from other countries will continue to see “N/A” as the default value.
-
- The default blank State field now applies to all areas where users can be created, including the Broadcast tab, Contacts section, Create User popup, and Client Portal registrations.
-
- This change ensures cleaner data entry by prompting users and admins to intentionally select a State value rather than relying on a pre-selected default.
- Decline Buyers via API
-
- A new DeclineBuyers API call allows API users to programmatically decline one or more buyers from a deal, enabling bulk investor management without relying on the UI.
-
- API users can submit multiple email addresses along with a deal ID, team ID, and an optional reason for declining. The response clearly lists successful and unsuccessful updates.
-
- For any buyer that cannot be declined, the API response includes the email address and a reason, such as “user does not exist” or “user already declined.”
-
- This API supports declining buyers only. Undeclining remains a manual action in the RCM platform.
- Global Marketing Unsubscribe Status in API
-
- The GlobalMarketingSubscriptionStatus field is now included in API3 responses for each buyer, providing visibility into whether they’ve opted out of marketing communications.
-
- This field returns a true or false value, where false indicates the buyer has globally unsubscribed from marketing announcements via their Client Owned profile.
-
- This update allows API users to better manage communication preferences and tailor outreach based on each buyer’s marketing subscription status.
- Listing Engine Microsites
-
- RCM now offers custom, responsive microsites that display Listing Engine content, with editable branding, filterable listings, and customizable layout.
-
- Microsites are fully responsive and provide a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
